State of the Gauteng City-Region Reviews (2011 & 2013)

The State of the Gauteng City-Region (GCR) Review is a multi-media output based on qualitative and quantitative information covering dynamics and trends in a range of areas, including the economy, governance, quality of life and sustainability, amongst others. Two State of GCR Reviews have been released, in October 2011 and October 2013. Data sources include the GCRO's Quality of Life Surveys, the OECD Territorial Review of the GCR processes and other relevant development data and project work.

GCRO’s first State of the GCR Review product was formally launched on 17 October 2011 (click here).

A second review, the State of the GCR Review 2013, was launched on 25 October 2013 (click here).
